In general, the quadratic polynomial ax2+bx+c has roots db+b24ac2a and dbb24ac2a. If you multiply the first root by dbb24acbb24ac=1, you get db2(b24ac)2ab2ab24ac=d2cb+b24ac. Doing the same with the other root, you for the desired expressions.
Note: I'm assuming you can actually do the division because the roots are non zero, which is what happens in your problem.
