For the equation if y axis, we note that \frac{1}{m}=0. The equation of line is given by
x=\frac{1}{m}y+b
where b is x intercept. As 1/m=0, we get x=b. Also the line passes through (0,0), we get 0 = b. Thus, the equation of y axis is given by
x=0
