let we take x ml of 30% alcohols mixture.
Also we take y ml of 50% alcohols mixture.
then according to question:
x + y = 60
Also 30 100 × x + 50 100 × y = 60 × 45 100 30 x + 50 y 100 = 40 × 45 100 30 x + 50 y = 60 × 45
divide whole equation by 10 then
3 x + 5 y = 270
Solving equations:
x=15 ml y=45 ml
