Well, arctan(x)=arctanx , because the tangent restricted to (π2,π2) is an odd function and so the same holds for its inverse. Thus you get
arctan(tan(θ))=arctan(tan(θ))
which equals θ provided θ(π2,π2) to begin with. Otherwise you get θ ,where θ is the only number in (π2,π2) so that θ=θ+kπ , for some integer k.

Since sin(x)=sin(x) and cos(x)=cos(x) then
tan(x)=sin(x)cos(x)=sin(x)cos(x)=tan(x)
then
tan1(tan(x))=tan1(tan(x))=x
