To Evaluate: The value of the following.
a) $g\left(-3\right)$
b) $g\left(b\right)$
c) $g\left(x3\right)$
d) $g\left(2x-3\right)$

Given:
$g\left(x\right)=2x+1$
Calculation:
a) We have given $g\left(x\right)=2x+1$
On Substituting $x=-3$ we get,
$g\left(-3\right)=2\left(-3\right)+1$
$g\left(-3\right)=-6+1$
$g\left(-3\right)=-5$
b) We have given $g\left(x\right)=2x+1$
On Substituting $b=x$ we get,
$g\left(b\right)=2\left(b\right)+1$
$g\left(b\right)=2b+1$
c) We have given $g\left(x\right)=2x+1$
On replacing x by x3 we get,
$g\left(x3\right)=2\left(x3\right)+1$
$g\left(x3\right)=2x3+1$
d) We have given $g\left(x\right)=2x+1$
On replacing x by $2x-3$ we get,
$g\left(2x-3\right)=2\left(2x-3\right)+1$
$g\left(2x-3\right)=4x-6+1$
$g\left(2x-3\right)=4x-5$
Conclusion:
a) The value of $g\left(-3\right)$ is $-5$
b) The value of $g\left(b\right)$ is $2b+1$
c) The value of $g\left(x3\right)$ is $2x3+1$
d) The value of $g\left(2x-3\right)$ is $4x-5$
