Step 1
If c be a zero of the polynomial p(x) then we have p(c)=0
Step 2
Here the given polynomial is,
p(x)=(9x+3)(x29)
Now, p(x)=0 gives,
(9x+3)(x29)=0
that is, (9x+3)=0 or, (x29)=0
that is, x=-3/9, x2=9
that is, x=-1/3,3,-3
Hence the zeros of the polynomial p(x) are -1/3, 3, -3 respectively.
