I am trying to resolve this to number e. However, I would like to do it in the simplest form. just a note I already tried wolfram but I would like someone to give me a simpler solution.

( 1 + 3 n ) n / 2 = [ ( 1 + 3 n ) n ] 1 / 2

Use the fact that:
lim n ( 1 + k n ) n = e k
So we have:
lim n ( 1 + 3 n ) n 2 = e 3 2
