Let us assume that the new vertical resolution is 'x' - pixel then
By proportion rule we have
i.e 800 600 = 1280 x x = 1280 × 600 800 x = 1280 × 3 4 x = 320 × x x = 960
Thus the new vertical resolution is 960 pixels.
