Let the units sold of Hazlenuts = y
It is given that one unit of Hazlenuts costs $ 3.5
Let the units sold of Americanos = z

The following information is provided:
They sell twice as many espresso shots as they do americanos
i.e. x = 2z
they sell three times as many americanos as hazelnut lattes
i.e. z = 3y
We are given that the Total money Received is $153 i.e.
0.75 x + 3.5 y + 3 z = 153
Converting all the variables in terms of z
