x + 2 y 4 = 0 , 2 y = x + 4 , y = 1 2 x + 2
slope for parallel is m = 1 2 and the point we know (2,-3)
new equation is
y + 3 = 1 2 ( x 2 )
y + 3 = 1 2 x + 1
y = 1 2 x 2
