point ( x 1 , y 1 ) = ( 1 , 6 ) slope ( m ) = 2
Slope-intercept form of a line is y = m x + c
It is said that this line is passing through the point (1,6) and it's slope is '2'
y = m x + c 6 = ( 2 ) ( 1 ) + c 6 = 2 + c c = 6 2 c = 4 y = 2 x + 4
