Expression x 3 7 x + 6 x 2 is not defined when denominator x-2 equals 0, and that is if x=2.
Expression x 2 + 2 x 3 is defined for every x.
So this two expressions do not have same domains and can not be equal.
Result:
This equation is not true for x=2.
