Let
t x = u x = t u 2 d x = 2 d u
which make
cos ( 2 x ) t x d x = 2 cos ( 2 ( t u 2 ) ) d u
Now, expanding
cos ( 2 ( t u 2 ) ) = cos ( 2 t ) cos ( 2 u 2 ) + sin ( 2 t ) sin ( 2 u 2 )
which lead to Fresnel integrals.
Provided t>0, the final result should be
0 t cos ( 2 x ) t x d x = π ( C ( 2 t π ) cos ( 2 t ) + S ( 2 t π ) sin ( 2 t ) )
