Determine the probability out of 20 people 10 will not buy 3 will buy 1 cup of tea 4 will buy 2 cups and rest buy more than 2 cups.
Probability of selling 0 cups of honey tea = 0.7
Probability of selling 1 cup of honey tea = 0.15
Probability of selling 2 cups of honey tea = 0.10
Probability of selling more than 2 cups of honey tea = 0.05
The probability out of 20 people 10 will not buy 3 will buy 1 cup of tea 4 will buy 2 cups and rest buy more than 2 cups.
(10×0.7)×(3×0.15)×(4×0.10)×(3×0.05)=0.189
Therefore, the probability of out of 20 people 10 will not buy 3 will buy 1 cup of tea 4 will buy 2 cups and rest buy more than 2 cups is 0.189.
