Radius of the windows r=20/2=10cm=0.10m
Area of the window A=πr2
Density of sea water ρ=1030kgm3
Let h be the maximum safe depth then pressure at that depth
P=ρgh
Therefore force on that windows
F=Aρgh. The maximum value of force can be F=1.0×106 N, thus Aρgh=1.0×106
h=1.0×106πr2ρg
h=1.0×106π(0.10)2×1030×9.81=3150m
Result: 3150m
