Fsp=kΔS
where
k is the spring constant
Δs is the displacement of the spring from equilibrium
Finding Δs will help us focus on that particular variable:
ΔS=Fspk
We have:
k=120  N/m
Fsp=60  N
ΔS=60  N120  N/m
