Solve - We know that the relation between Celsius and Fahrenheit is-
F = 32 + 9 C 5
Here we have to Here we have to convert -40 C to Fahrenheit
F = 32 + 9 ( 40 ) 5 F = 32 + 9 ( 8 ) F = 32 72 F = 40
Thus -40 C is the same temperature as -40F
Second Part ~The relation between Kelvin and Celsius is-
Celsius is-
C = K 273.15
Since Celsius is 273.15 less than Kelvin therefore Kelvin and Celsius scales cannot agrees
