If the line is perpendicular to y = 9 5 x then we have to use the slope which is negative reciprocal of 9/5.
that is m = - 1 9 5 = - 5 9
passing thru the point (−12,8)
Point-Slope Form
( y - y 1 ) = m ( x - x 1 )
y - 8 = - 5 9 ( x - - 12 )
