If you lie down on your bed you would think that your velocity is 0. That would be right. As you then go to your table to do your physics homework, you observe how your legs move, providing you for a moment with a non-zero velocity. Then you sit again, and your velocity is again 0. Velocity is relative and can’t be calculated in an absolute manner, meaning that mass is not in a relationship with it (they broke up a while back, give them space). Special Relativity described only the relativity of velocity/speed.
