One way would start with a rationalizing substitution:
u=4x13
u3=4x1
3u2du=4dx
u3+14=x
So you have
(u3+14)22(u3+14)+7u3u2du4
A u in the numerator cancels out the denominator and then you're just integrating a polynomial.
