=ex+x(ex)
=ex(1x)
stationary points at y=0x=1
by the product rule
y=(ex)(1x)+ex(1x)
y=(ex)(1x)+ex(1)
=ex(x2)

This does not have an inflexion ie f=0 or f ndef
