e x x x = e x ( 1 ln x ) = 1 e x ( ln x 1 ) < 1 e x ,
therefore, e e x x x d x converges. On (0,e) integrand is bounded, because x x x 0 + 1 ,, so 0 e x x x d x is convergent.

and

so the the given integral is convergent.
