Use the quotient rule for derivative:
f ( x ) = x 2 e x f ( x ) = 2 x x 2 e x
the tangent line at point ( x 0 , y 0 ) on the curve is given by
y y 0 = f ( x 0 ) ( x x 0 )
Now, check when y 0 f ( x 0 ) x 0 = 0 (why?) . Also, note that
y 0 = x 0 2 e x 0
