Circumference of a ferrios wheel (C) = ?d where d is diameter
= 3.14 × 250 = 785  feet
It took 20 minute to cover 785 feet so speed of the wheel = circumference / time
= 785 20 = 39.25  feet / minute
1 mile = 5280 feet and 1 hour =60 minute
Speed in MPH = 39.25 × 60 5280 = 0.446  MPH
