For every single value of x simply plug in that value in f(x)
Hence when f(x)=15x+4 and you put x=3
We get f(3) then just replace each x in the expression you see with 3
f(3)=15(3)+4=45+4=41
f(0)=15(0)+4=0+4=4
f(2)=15(2)+4=30+4=34
