The partial fraction decomposition takes the form
F(x)=x1(x2x+1)(x+1)=ax+1+bx+cx2x+1
and notice that
a=F(x)(x+1)x=1=23
and
0=limxxF(x)=a+bb=23
and finaly
F(0)=1=a+cc=13
