3 m + 4 = 3 m 9
128 y 10 < 128 y 25
10 t + 45 2 ( 5 t + 23 )
The third example evaluates to
10 t + 45 10 t + 46

Basically, you can say, if:
10 t + 45 10 t + 46
Then, by subtracting 10t from both sides:
10 t + 45 10 t 10 t + 46 10 t
We'd get:
45 46
Which, as we know, is a false statement. There is no value (or range of values) for t to make the original inequality true.
