It is ok. Note that necessarily   1  +  t  x  ≠  0. Then, since   A  =  P  (  1  +  t  x  )  P  =  0  ⇔  P  (  1  +  t  x  )  =  0  ⇔  A  =  0and so we cannot say nothing about   x. Now suppose   P  ≠  0. Then  A  =  P  +  P  t  x  =  P  (  1  +  t  x  )  ⇒  t  x  =      A    P    −  1.  A  =  P  +  P  t  x  =  P  (  1  +  t  x  )  ⇒  t  x  =      A    P    −  1.If   t  =  0, then       A    P    −  1  =  0, i.e.,   A  =  P and, again, nothing to say about   x. If   t  ≠  0  t  x  =      A    P    −  1  ⇒  x  =      A          P      t        −      1    t    .Therefore,   x depends of   A  ,  P and   t.
