how do I get from
γ ( λ 0 w ( 1 + r ) t β t α λ 0 w ( 1 + r ) t β t α λ 2 β t α )
to
γ r w λ 0 β t w λ 0 β t λ 2 ( β ( r + 1 ) ) t
Im stuck. Any help?

All terms contain α in the denominator, up and down, so these cancel right away. The same holds for the β t
Write
λ 2 = λ 2 ( 1 + r ) t ( 1 + r ) t
The difference of fractions below then becomes
λ 0 w λ 2 ( 1 + r ) t ( 1 + r ) t
So the total becomes (as now both fractions have the same denominator)
γ λ 0 w λ 0 w λ 2 ( 1 + r ) t
