Surds question grade 9
I am a student and I need help answering this question.
Simplify:
6 28 - 9 63
What I did:
6 28 - 9 63
= 6 7 × 4 - 9 7 × 4
= 6 2 7 - 9 3 7
6 2 7 × 2 7 2 7 = 12 7 14
9 3 7 × 3 7 3 7 = 27 7 63
( 12 7 14 )/2 = 6 7 7
( 27 7 63 ) /2 = 3 7 7
6 7 7 - 3 7 7
= 3 7 7
Thankyou and help is appreciated.
