b isn't determined by a and c. And there is no solution unless a and c are orthogonal. And if they are, the solurions are (c×a)÷(aa)+ta for arbitrary scalars t.

Cross product it is not even associative. So one should not expect it to have properties analogous to the properties of ordinary multiplication.
