I think that writing in words what the function does is 90% of the job done.
This function takes a number x and:
1) Subtract 11 from said number;
2) Computes the fifth power of the result.
As you can see, we have actually written the two simplier functions: f(x)=x5 ("computes the fifth power"), and g(x)=x11 ("subtract eleven from x")
In formulas, (x11)5=f(g(x))
