You know (or should know) that 1x2+xdx=arctan(x). Let's try and get the integrand into that form.
1x2+9dx=19(x29+1)dx=191(x3)2+1dx
You also know (or should know) that you can easily substitute out that x3
=1931(x3)2+1dx3
=13arctan(x3)
