How to evaluate the finite sum.
Let xR and let nN. Evaluate:
k=0n(nk)sin(x+kπ2)
How to start it?
My aatempt: Let us assume that n is odd. Then we have
k=0n(nk)sin(x+kπ2)=C0sinx+C1cosxC2sinxC3cosx++Cn1sinx+Cncosx

With the help of complex number.
The result is equivalent to the imaginary part of eix(1+eiπ2)n.
eix(1+eiπ2)n=eix(1+i)n=eix2n2eπ4
So the result is 2n2sin(x+nπ4)
