Given:
The slope of line m=8
The line passing through (-8,-3)
If the line having slope m and passing through (x1,y1) then
Point slope form is yy1=m(xx1)
and slope-intercept form is y=mx+c
First, find the Point slope form using m=8 and (x1,y1)=(8,3)
(y(3))=8(x(8))
y+3=8(x+8)
Now the slope-intercept form
y+3=8(x+8)
y+3=8x+64
y=8x+643 nSK y=8x+61
Answer:
point-slope form: y+3=8(x+8)
slope-intercept form: y=8x+61
