Isolate all terms with xx on the left side:
x²16x=8y+80
Complete the square by adding (b2)²=((162))²=(8)²=64 to both sides:
x²16x+64=8y+80+64
Factor:
(x8)²=8y+144
Factor out 8:
(x8)²=8(y+18)
