( y - y 1 ) = m ( x - x 1 )
y - 3 = 2 ( x - 1 )

All you really got to do is to arrange that equation: y=3+2(x−1) in the form below
y - y 0 = m ( x - x 0 )
where m is the gradient and the point is ( x 0 , y 0 )
y - 3 = 2 ( x - 1 )
Hence, it's easy to see that m=2 and the point is (1,3)
