y−3=0 is not written in standard form which is y=mx+c
Change it to y=0x+3. The slope is 0, meaning this is a horizontal line, passing through the y−axis at 3.
Therefore any horizontal line will be parallel to this given line.
y = any value: y = 8 , y = - 4 , y = ½ , etc
