Since 80 degrees is not a multiple of 15, the angle cannot be built from a school perspective. However, the angle can be built from an engineering perspective.
(i) Assume that A is a point on a line.
(ii) Draw the semicircle B in the required radius.
Cut an arc at point D using the same radius and center as before (iii).
(iv) Now, draw two arcs that cross at point E, with B and D as the centers and a radius equal to B and D.
