Transform each and every trigonometric function first to sin(x) and cos(x):
sec2(x)1sin2(x)
=1cos2(x)1sin2(x)
=1cos2(x)cos2(x)sin2(x)
Use the identity sin2(x)+cos2(x)=1:
=sin2(x)cos2(x)sin2(x)
Canceling out the sin2(x) present in both the numerator and the denominator:
=1cos2(x)
=sec2(x)

Knowing that,
sec2x1=tan2x
Hence,sec2x1sin2x
=tan2xsin2x
=sin2xcos2x1sin2x
=1cos2x
=sec2x
